Kyle Redman

Kyle Redman is a researcher and practitioner of deliberative democracy. He is the Democracy Lead at the AI & Democracy Foundation and a Program Manager at the Federation for Innovation in Democracy – Europe. Previously, Kyle was the Research and Design Director at The newDemocracy Foundation in Australia. He is currently based in Brussels.

Kyle works on improving the quality and quantity of new, fairer and more effective democratic processes such as citizens' assemblies and collective dialogues. He has extensive practical experience, designing and managing over 30 different deliberative processes around the world. Kyle collaborates with researchers to reveal ways of improving these practices and helps coordinate the building and testing of new tools for deliberation.
